FAQ/ Shipping/ Returns

Welcome to Apache Sky Co! 
Hey ya’ll, thank you for the support, here are a few things to keep in mind.

  • I do have ready to ship products, which are not custom orders.
  • I will do special themed ‘drops’ with new content, for certain holidays or events, and will give info on it at least a week ahead of time.
  • Please be sure to read the descriptions under each product, and contact me if you have any questions. 

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond 

Turn Around Time?

In stock items will be ready to ship out in 1-2 business days.

Custom orders will ship out 2-4weeks after purchase. Depending on design concepts discussed. 

Shipping 

I ship every Mon, Wed, Fri.
I do not ship on weekends or holidays

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, once the package has been dropped off at mail carrier, it is out of my hands.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address. Once shipping label is created it can not be changed, unless you reach out to me in a timely manner.

Cancellation

Unfortunately I can not cancel on order once it has been place, since I begin production right away to meet the processing time. 


Returns

I do not accept returns. 

However if your product arrives damage please take photos of packaging and the product and email them to apacheskyco@gmail.com. I will then take a look and figure out a solution.
